About Melby Bank
Melby Bank has been serving Whitehall area friends and neighbors
since 1888. John O. Melby spent his first six years in
Whitehall as a successful private banker. Then, on September 22,
1894, articles of incorporation of the John O. Melby & Co. Bank were
adopted by the bank's original stockholders. Melby Bank remains
locally owned today.
